Global recording artist, actress and executive producer Selena Gomez hit another career milestone with the release of her first all Spanish language EP, REVELACIÓN. Released under Interscope Records, REVELACIÓN marks the first album by a woman to debut No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart since 2017 and the highest debut by a Female Solo Act since 2016. Executive produced by Latin GRAMMY® winning producer Tainy and NEON16Gomez envisioned creating a project that would be a reflection of her journey, allowing her to share her story through the connection to her Latina Heritage. The EP is a collection of 7 tracks, featuring collaborations with Latin GRAMMY® nominee and urban phenomenon Rauw Alejandro, multi-platinum urban artist Myke Towers and renowned international producer and DJ, DJ Snake.

In early January, Selena revealed her first Spanish recording in a decade “De Una Vez,” which trended No. 1 worldwide. After attracting widespread praise for the release, in February she delighted Spanish speaking fans with the release of the reggaeton infused and seductive track, “Baila Conmigo,” featuring Latin urban phenomenon Rauw Alejandro.

About the accomplishment, Selena told Billboard“I never go into anything expecting a No. 1 so I do not take it for granted. It’s always a bit nerve racking before releasing any music because as artists we put so much of ourselves out there. For this EP specifically, I was the most nervous I have been in a long time because my heritage means so much to me and I have been talking about doing this for over 10 years. I wanted it to be perfect. I am thrilled to see the response from my fans and also from people who might not have listened to my other music.”
